» COIL OVERS SUSPENSION
Coil Overs are the result of 20 years of H&R’s involvement in motorsport. Featuring state-of-the-art inverted damper technology, H&R Coil Overs adjust compression and rebound together and allow for individual adjustment of both ride height which effectively reduces braking distance. And unlike traditional twin-tube shock absorbers, H&R’s mono-tube gas shock absorbers eliminate foaming of the damper oil, even under extreme conditions.

» CUP KIT SUSPENSION
With more than 20 years experience building automotive suspension components, H&R’s Cup Kits are in ideal solution for those that want aggressive looks and impressive handling, but don’t want the harshness of a less advanced "lowering spring" kit.
Rather than simply try to match a spring and shock together for the best performance, H&R’s Cup Kits are engineered to work with each other from the beginning, and with a specific application in mind. This takes the guess work out of your spring/shock selection, and provides you with an application specific; precisely calibrated spring and shock set designed to deliver improved handling, uncompromised ride comfort and sleek styling in one precision engineered package.
Cup Kit applications will lower the vehicle’s ride height by more than two inches. As such, camber adjusting devices such as H&R’s "Triple C" Camber Adjustment Bolts are recommended.

» O.E. (orginal equipment) SPRINGS
H&R OE Sport Springs lower your vehicle subtly, giving it a slightly more aggressive stance without radically changing its appearance. Designed to enhance front-to-rear balance and street handling performance, OE Sport Springs take the ‘wallow" out of the stock suspension, yielding a more taut feel and improved ride characteristics. All this while retaining the ride comfort you’re accustomed to.

» RACE SPRINGS
For those that want the ultimate in handling—and an over-the-top, highly aggressive look—H&R Race Springs are the perfect solution. H&R Race Springs will lower your vehicle approximately 1.75 - 2.25 inches (depending on the make and model of your vehicle) and should be matched with high-quality, sport-tuned shock absorbers.
H&R’s new "Triple C" Camber Adjustment Bolts are also highly recommended to correct camber exceeding factory specification.

» SPORT SPRINGS
The most popular spring in H&R’s line-up, Sport Springs will lower your vehicle an average of 1.5 - 2.0 inches (depending upon the make and model of your vehicle) for a lower center of gravity, improved handling and more aggressive appearance. Sport springs feature a spring rate that is firmer than that of the OE Sport spring, but is still comfortable enough for daily use. Sport springs are an excellent choice for street and occasional track use.

» H&R SWAY BARS
H&R Sway Bars are the perfect compliment to H&R Springs, Performance Shocks, Coil Overs and Cup Kits. Designed to reduce body roll, increase lateral stiffness and improve handling as a whole, H&R Sway Bars are made using 55Cr3 alloy that is both stronger and more resilient than competitive sway bars. But it doesn’t end there. All Sway Bars kits have precision forged ends and include bushings that are engineered for the specific car they fit rather than selected from a range of "universal" bushings. Made from a exclusive Purim/Tevlon composite, the bushings eliminate squeaks and never require lubrication. Ever. That means no mess, no maintenance, no fitment issues—just bolt in H&R Sway bars and go.
Like all H&R components, H&R Sway bars are 100% made in Germany, and are powder coated for long-lasting good looks.
