excellent traction, great on wet roads
Had these installed several weeks ago, drives excellent and amazing traction on the road. Have done off road driving and work well on dirt and clay roads in Idaho. There is some road noise on dry asphalt but is minimal. The safety factor of the traction control far outweighs the minimum noise!

Nice heavy set off road tires
I purchased this heavier off road tire after having a flat on my new truck factory tires with three miles of gravel roads on them. I wanted to have confidence in my tires when I am in pretty rough back country environments.

Balanced traction and comfort
I bought these tires before making a trip to do some off-roading in Death Valley. The tires were comfortable and quiet on the highway and performed wonderfully, with great sand, snow, rain, and rocky dirt road traction.

They’re Round
Second set of Open Range A/Ts. They pump water like a fire truck giving you great wet conditions traction! On snow and frozen roads they perform really well helping keep the kids safe when we go to the slopes. In the woods and way off the beaten path you get traction to be adventurous looking for the hidden spot for trout or putting meat in the freezer.

My experience with Les Schwab was great. The staff was easy to work with. None of my review has to do with the store or the staff.
The one star rating is all for the tires. On the rack the seemed like a good option for my truck. Good rating, tread, snow rating, etc. But after having them on for a month I realize it is going to be a long 50k miles for me. They are so loud and have a high pitched whine on the freeway. Speeds over 70 mph make it hard to hold a conversation at normal volume. For the price I paid I feel like the tires should be better. I really really don't like these tires and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Aggressive look, smooth ride!
Schwab replaced the wheels and tires couple months ago, I am Very happy with my investment! The Open Range is nice and quite, smooth running down the road, they look Great, love how they look aggressive, but not excessive like a Mud tire. they grip amazingly in the snow and mud, wet conditions. Highly recommend.
