Great mud/snow tires
I’ve always loved the Toyo MT‘s they’re great mud and snow tire. They’re good on road except a little slippery in the rain but wet mud tire isn’t there quieter than most mud tires on the road.

Only the best
I’ve ran these tires (35x13.50R20 Toyo MT’s) for years for a number of reasons. Improved wear life; a wider tread reduces ground pressure meaning more tread life. Paramount load rating, I’ve not found another tire in this size with as high of a rating as the Toyo MT’s. Exceptional quality; I almost never have tire issues. Decent tread life; typically I can get 50-60,000 miles out of a set of these tires.

Toyo's are not what they used to be
I have bought several sets of Toyo mud terrain tires with great success until lately. My newest set will not balance completely and am dealing with severe vibration on the freeway. I have gone back to store 4 times and they have replaced 2 of the tires and used "Road Force" balancing equipment to obtain what they say is ok. It is not ok. The exact same tires I replaced them with were fine and no issues. Now I have spent big money on these new tires and have a bad vibration. Store manager said Toyo is no longer their exclusive brand and they have gone through changes a couple years ago affecting quality control and rubber compound resulting in half the overall mileage. I will not buy again.

Soft quiet ride
Purchased these tires a month ago in Montana. They work great on snow packed roads. The ride is soft, and they are quiet. This is my second set. The first set had 50k miles on them and could have gone another 10k.

All time favorite tires so far.
So far I have put about 500 miles on these Toyo Open Country MTs and they have been fantastic. I had been wanting to upgrade to the taller/skinnier size of 255-85r16 from the smaller 265-75r16 size. I had the Maxxis Razr MTs in that size and they were great tires as well. Only problem is that the Razrs don't come in the tall pizza cutter size I was looking for. The Maxxis Bighorn MTs do, but they were sold out of those tires. I took these tires up the mountain a few weeks ago and tested them out in the mud & snow. Fantastic. I was extremely impressed with these tires! Maybe there is some magic to the tall & skinny size?! Highly recommended.

Never get more than 30000 miles out of them. $500+ for one tire on my service truck. No ply pretty much gets flats easy$700+ for reg truck one tire 35✖️12.50

Great tires so far.
I have only put 2000 miles on these tires so my review is very limited on wear, snow, ice, ect. I put them on my Jeep Wrangler in June so they have seen county roads, sand, dirt, gravel, some rocks, and a little mud. I have to say I am very impressed with the ride and lack of noise. I have run A/T tires for years for their road manners, quiet ride and acceptable off road traction. Time will tell how they compete for wear and longevity compared to A/Ts. I have my Jeep for off road fun so I wanted an M/T tire and I would buy this one again given the limited time I have had them. They are an expensive tire but there aren't many options in the size I selected (33-10.5-15). Average ratings just mean I don't have the time on conditions to accurately evaluate. The opportunity to review should come after a year, not a month.

Look great and ride smooth
Well it has been about 900 miles and they are getting closer to being broke in. Still feel a little uneasy at times in the heat but getting better with every mile. They are more aggressive then the duratracs my F250 Ford Tremor came with but are not much louder then they were. So far I love them.
