Ok truck tire but noisy and give a hard ride
These tires are ok light truck tires. However, they are noisy in the rain and the ride is quite hard even though I emphasized I wanted a softer ride to the sales person. Would not buy again.

Gas mileage
I track my miles very carefully. As soon as I changed to this tire, my gas mileage went down by 2 miles per gallon. I tracked it over the identical destinations that I travel often I thought with the touring tire I would get a little better mileage.

Was Hoping for Better
I had these installed on my Sprinter chassis class C RV. I replaced a set of aged out Cooper tires and mentioned to the associate that I was happy with those and would like to have them again, but I was open to what they have that would be comparable. He assured me the Back Country HT would be as good or better, even though I told him I had not been happy with a different set of Back Country AT’s I had on my Tacoma.
Well, these Back Countries have the same issue as the set I had in my Tacoma; took a lot of weight to balance them and they still have a vibration on the highway.
I really wish Les Schwab would build a better tire for their tire line that they prefer to sell. I love Les Schwab and have a been a customer for over 25 years but I think going forward I will insist on a true Cooper or Michelin tire at a competitive price.

Great Overall Truck Tire
I had bought these tires previous for my 2013 Ram Sport. Traveling long distances I hate road noise and these are very quiet and still get good overall traction in all weather conditions. I just bought another set for my 2nd truck 2015 Ram Sport

Easy for my employees to take there truck in.
Great service to send my employee's in to get new tire. Plenty of locations so there is always one near our job site. But this time unfortunately no one looked at the brakes, they usually will tell me how much the brake pads are at. Not knowing my employee notice a week after the new tires were put on the brakes were grinding so sent him to the same store and it ended up costing another $800+ for brakes, rotor and caliper's. It no one says anything about the breaks make sure to ask them, could of saved money and not had to change out the calipers.

Quiet, smooth ride, w/ good handling.
2016 4Runner. These tires fill out the wheel wells better then the stock tires, they ride quiet, and handle turns well. Rain traction is good. I have not had a chance to take them on a trail yet but I imagine they’d be good for light trail duty.

Better than expected
I bought these tires because of the all terrain tread. I expected them to be noisier than street touring tires but I was surprised how quiet and smooth the ride is in my suv. Bought them a couple of weeks before the big snow storm. Driving around two days after the storm in snow they were very sure footed. I'm glad I bought them when I did. Thanks Les Schwab for suggesting these tires!!
