Great traction!

A very smooth ride!
Before I was afraid to drive in any snowy weather, slick treads. Now I have more confidence and notice better control and anti slippage in rain and snowy conditions. Good purchase within my budget thanks to very helpful man who worked with me so I could make a well informed choice. As an older lady it’s great to know I can trust Les Schwab be a place where seniors can go to knowing they’ll be treated fairly.

Marco wrote the order and did the job too!!!!
Needed my tire mounted to a ne rim. Thought I would drop it off and come back in a couple days. But Marco shocked me by doing the job in 15 minutes….including balancing. He said it’s axgainst company rules to accept tips and that he was trains to do this type of first class quality work by Cody.

I love my new tires!
Had a slow leak, my dashboard light told me, and after 4 trips for air fills, they recommended that I let them look for a nail. Sure enough! A nail in the sidewall of one of my little tires! So…. Because my vehicle is all wheel drive, I got 4 new tires! In Record time! Car drives beautifully now, and no more slow leaks! The tires are great, but better than that were the employees who took care of me!!!

Great Smooth Ride
Bought these tires a few weeks ago. My old tires needed replacing and was getting a bit of vibration. The Sevice Tech gave me a couple of options for my Mazda 3s 2.5L. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I chose these tires and my ride was smooth once again. Handles great in the rain.

Wrong tires put on car
I had ordered TOYO tires off of the website and had them delivered to my Les Schwab location. I got a phone call from them explaining to me that the TOYO tires were going to be discontinued and asked me if I still wanted them I said yes. They gave me a quote for some others and I said I will stick with the TOYO. I liked the design of the tire and I do a lot of driving over the Snoqualmie Pass, every weekend, and though t they would be the better tire for rain and snow. I had to cancel my first appt. to get the tires put on my car and a few weeks later I called them up and scheduled again, asking them if the TOYO tires were still there as they said they would hold onto them for me. She said yes. I dropped my car off before they opened as I had to get to work. No one called me to verify the tires that were being put on my car and, like a dummy and trusting they put the correct ones on my car, I didn't check them when I picked up my car, I know my own fault. I didn't look at the invoice either, thinking I can trust Les Schwab to put the tires on my car that I ordered and was confirmed with me that they were in the store.... anyways, I notice a few weeks later that the tires were not the ones I had order and confirmed they were the ones I was quoted a price for, so I mentioned this when I picked my car up from them putting new brakes on and they said I was given the tires I was quoted. I explained that when I called the day before my tire installation I was assured the TOYO's I ordered were still there and that was the ones I wanted on my car... They did offer to put them on for more $$....I just spent over $1700.00 for new tires and brakes and now they wanted more $$.... ugh... So, when getting new tires here, make sure they are the ones you want before you pay for them. Staff is friendly

Absolute garbage.
Purchased tires and requested that my sensor in the trunk be installed on the new rim and tire. Also requested my replaced tires as they were under a warranty with a different company. Tires were never saved and the sensor from the wheel is now missing despite notes that they installed it. Also, the tires are total garbage and I have been stuck in the snow 12+ times in the last month. Prior to this, I have never ever had issues in the snow. Now after the $600 for these new tires and they are essentially useless. The other option they presented me with at the time of purchase was $1800.
