Taking the Plunge for Special Olympics
For the past 15 years, Les Schwab has proudly participated in the Special Olympics Oregon Polar Plunge in Central Oregon. The event helps raise money for the Special Olympics High Desert Program. Funds are used to pay for transportation, lodging, practice space, and equipment.
It’s a worthwhile cause that helps just over 14,000 athletes every year.
Over the past several years, Les Schwab employees have raised thousands of dollars by taking the plunge and continue to be a top fundraiser for the event.
