Bend, OR — As Americans prepare for summer road trips, paying attention to thoughtful, thorough ratings like those from Consumer Reports can be an important way to ensure a safe and smooth journey.
Les Schwab Tires received the consumer advocate’s only top-tier rating, with standout marks from surveyed customers for installation quality, sales service (the helpfulness of the sales staff), free perks (extras such as free tire rotations), ease of checking out, and other services (such as wheel alignment).
The ranking springs from Consumer Reports’ survey of its members who bought tires in the preceding 12 months. More than 24,500 members responded to the nonprofit organization’s latest survey.
“We have been earning customers’ trust throughout the Western United States for more than 70 years, and it means so much to us to know consumers recognize the breadth of value Les Schwab Tires offers,” said Les Schwab Tires President John Robertson. “From America’s Best Tire Warranty to free fixes and safety checks, our customers trust us to be there for them, keep our word and give them unmatched service and convenience.”
Another consumer-focused service that sets Les Schwab Tires apart is its exclusive tires designed and engineered in-house by world-class tire professionals. These tires – in the Caldera, Dean and Mazama lines – are specifically made for optimum performance and value where customers drive. That includes highways, wet surfaces, snow-covered roads and off-road terrain.
“We have been earning customers’ trust throughout the Western United States for more than 70 years, and it means so much to us to know consumers recognize the breadth of value Les Schwab Tires offers,” said Les Schwab Tires President John Robertson.
