Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sketchy business/ Didn't see that coming There is something weird going on with your shop in Roseville Cal. on Fairway and Fivestar blvd. I've been going there since 2011 and always had great service and you had great mechanics. I take my truck and wifes camaro and my childrens cars too. Lately service has been terrible, mechanics not so good and the scetchy way business is being handled is concerning. These tires you are asking me to rate were not what I asked for and I wasn't told they were changing from what I had (TOYO) to a new brand, I noticed that two tires were different when I picked up the truck after leaving it ALL DAY. Did they make this right, Yes but that is not the point. Secondly my wife took her Camaro in they replaced her tires or were going to with a brand that was not the same and her tires are Run-Flats as there is no room in the vehicle for a spare, again they did not tell her they were making this change, I pointed out to them that the tires were Run-Flats and then they gave her a new outrageous quote (very High) so I told her to leave. I met her at Americas Tire company and they sold us the correct tires , mounted and balanced for no less than $800 off of your price! Let me be clear, you have always been our first choice, what is going on with you lately?
