Poor new tire installation
I paid more than the dealer price for 4 run flat tires so I could have them installed locally, by my neighborhood tire store. Two days after installation, the new left front tire was flat in my garage. The soonest the store would allow me to make an appointment to have the tire repaired was 8 days off. Meaning I had to show up at the store and wait almost two hours to get the 20 minute repair made. The technician said an old valve stem was to blame - except I had paid for 4 new valve stems with my $2200 tire purchase.

It’s not so much the tires, but tires are my reason for coming to Les Schwab (LS), that keep me returning to LS. It’s the stellar customer service! The tires I can get at any other store but the service is what makes a difference. I love how everyone treats everyone with respect! The friendly and professional experience is always present.
