However, we do not replace spark plugs, do engine diagnostics, nor run check engine light services beyond ADAS, TPMS, and brake indicators.

Both. When fixing a flat tire, we buff and clean the inside, cement it, then apply a plug and patch combination and sealer. Depending on the angle of the puncture, a 2-piece patch may be required.
