Great tires, poor ethics
Tires are fine, but it will be the last purchase I make at Les Schwab. It seems as if “suggestive selling” is now part of the business plan- even when it’s not valid. If you ever take your car in, they will never just fix it without recommending further services. It’s a balance issue or an axel, etc. Twice now an associate has made it seem like my brake pads are 0-1mm and need to be replaced asap. In both instances, my pads were not even half way depleted measuring at 5.5-7mm. If I didn’t work the day after and need tires that day; I would have taken my business elsewhere. After being a loyal customer since turning 16, I’m afraid I no longer trust the chain.
