wife damaged tires hitting construction obstacle.
What can i say. Great customer service! I called my nearby Les Schwab store. Talked to Brandon about new wheels and tires. He talked to me about the options that I could get for my car. I then decided what I would get. He said all parts were in stock and he had an immediate opening. which I took. I was at the store in about 15 minuets. Was greeted by Brandon and was back in my car in less than an hour.

My worst buying experience ever
Until now, I have been happy with my service at Les Schwab, but this whole transaction was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It started with the wrong rims being ordered, and being quoted the wrong price, then went downhill from there. When the correct rims came in, they were installed without the shims to make them fit our car model, so there was play in the wheels, making the car wobble at low speeds and shake violently at highway speeds. We brought it back in 3 times, without resolution, and my husband had to rent a car for a business trip. We finally gave up, and took the car to our regular mechanic, who found the problem immediately (the rims were badly warped, and in the video from our shop, you can easily see the wobble). They also found one of the studs for mounting the wheels was broken. Rather than risk having you do more damage, we had our shop fix the stud, as well as buying and mounting new rims. The only bright side was you gave us a full refund on the rims, but we spent over $600 to make things right. We kept the new tires, but now we are hesitant to bring the car in to you when they need to be rotated, as we don’t want any further mistakes. Sad to lose trust in your company.
